Participation terms

Thought Leadership Awards Terms

Rules for registration, case study submission, review, public listing, voting, and recognition.

1. Original work

You may submit only work that you created or are authorized to publish. Copied, plagiarised, defamatory, confidential, hateful, harassing, or unlawfully disclosed material may be rejected or disqualified.

2. Published case study requirement

Every award submission must reference a completed case study published through AIxCompass. The case study must remain publicly accessible while it is active in the awards process.

3. Submission limits

  • One case study may be submitted in each award category.
  • The same case study cannot be entered in more than one category.
  • Each participant may submit no more than five case studies per season.
  • The selected category is locked after submission.

4. Submission lock and withdrawal

Submitted case studies cannot be unpublished, archived, or deleted while active in the awards process. You may withdraw a submission until 30 Jun 2026. Later withdrawal requests must be sent to tl.awards@aixcompass.com.

5. Review and moderation

Submissions may be reviewed using automated quality checks and human review. Automated flags do not by themselves determine a final decision. AIxCompass may request revision, reject, or disqualify work that does not meet the published quality and content requirements.

6. Public nominee listing

If approved, your name, profile link, track, category, case study title, summary, public case study URL, engagement metrics, and award status may be displayed on AIxCompass public website pages and campaign materials.

7. Voting and judging

Community engagement may contribute to a Public Choice result. Main category winners are determined through review and judging and are not based only on views, likes, shares, or public votes.

8. Payment and credits

An active registration is created only after successful payment verification. Registration includes 250 AIxCompass credits. These credits are added to the normal account wallet and can be used for eligible case study builds and rebuilds. Payment, refund, and tax treatment follow the amount shown during checkout and the issued invoice.

9. Account conduct

Repeated serious violations may result in submission disqualification and an account suspension review. Account action requires administrative confirmation.

10. Program changes

AIxCompass may update schedules, review stages, venue details, or operational rules when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated through the registered account or email address.
