1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AIX Compass, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTPs.
- You agree not to share verification codes and to notify us of any unauthorized access.
- We may suspend accounts that appear to be compromised or abused.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or user data.
- Abusing credits, automation, scraping, or reverse engineering.
- Uploading harmful content or violating intellectual property rights.
4. Credits, Purchases, and Refunds
If you purchase credit packs, they are applied to your account and used for eligible actions (such as generating case studies or downloading templates). Refund policies, if any, will be described in the relevant billing screens or purchase terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform, content, and templates are owned by AIX Compass or licensed to us. You may not copy, resell, or distribute without permission.
6. Disclaimers
AIX Compass is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIX Compass will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
