Crack Interviews with Case Studies

These Terms govern your use of AIxCompass, including its worksheets, AI-assisted case study tools, report generation, resume-building features, downloads, and related services. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these Terms.

1) About AIxCompass

AIxCompass is an AI-assisted learning and career development platform designed to help you think through problems, structure your work, build case studies, and create interview-ready outputs. The platform supports learning, practice, portfolio building, and professional preparation, but it does not replace your own judgment, review, or responsibility for final work.

2) Eligibility & Account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTP access.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• If you use AIxCompass on behalf of an institution, company, or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
• You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law to create and use an account.

3) Acceptable Use

• Do not use the product for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• Do not upload malware, harmful code, or content intended to disrupt the platform.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, scrape, extract, or misuse the product, prompts, models, workflows, or infrastructure.
• Do not bypass access restrictions, rate limits, credits, or billing controls.
• Do not submit content you do not have the right or permission to share.
• Do not use the platform to create misleading, plagiarized, or impersonated academic or professional work.

4) Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including worksheet responses, prompts, notes, files, references, and other project inputs. You grant AIxCompass a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service.

• Do not submit confidential or restricted data unless you are authorized to share it.
• You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your inputs.
• We do not use your proprietary, academic, or project content to train public AI models.

5) AI-Assisted Outputs

AIxCompass uses AI-assisted systems to generate structured outputs such as case studies, summaries, recommendations, and resume-ready content. These outputs may be incomplete, approximate, or inaccurate.

• You must review, refine, and validate outputs before relying on or publishing them.
• Do not treat outputs as legal, medical, financial, academic, hiring, or other professional advice.
• You are responsible for how you use, submit, share, or publish generated outputs.
• Similar outputs may be generated for different users because of how AI systems work.

6) Academic Integrity & Responsible Use

AIxCompass is built to support your thinking, not replace it. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the product complies with your institution’s academic rules, employer policies, originality standards, disclosure requirements, and submission guidelines.

• Do not submit AI-assisted output blindly without review or modification.
• Validate facts, claims, references, metrics, and conclusions before use.
• BrandRx is not responsible for grading outcomes, academic penalties, plagiarism findings, or institutional actions related to your use of the product.

7) Plans, Credits, Billing & Refunds

Some features may require a paid plan, prepaid credits, or feature-specific billing. Pricing, credit usage, and feature access are governed by the billing information shown inside the product.

• Payments may be processed by authorized providers such as Razorpay.
• Credits or paid usage may apply to report generation, downloads, or premium platform features.
• Fees and credits are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise.
• We may revise pricing, feature limits, or credit rules with reasonable notice.

8) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the product if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create risk to other users or the service, or where continued access is not legally or operationally feasible. You may stop using the product at any time.

9) Liability & Service Availability

The product is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or fitness for every use case. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandRx is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the product.
